Water filters should be present in every home located in a heavily polluted area, and this means Mongolia must have them everywhere. But the reality is it doesn’t. This year the Mongolian government has decided to do something about that horrible air pollution going on that affects everything – the water, the soil and all the living and breathing things. They have decided to use bag filters to reduce the air pollution. Mongolia is well known for the Chinese coal, steel and iron industry. In Mongolia you can find the biggest rare earth, niobium and arch mines. This means that the air suffers enormous pollution. That is the reason the Mongolian government has made a contract with a filter facility in Germany and is working on a five year project. The goal is to reduce the emissions and the industrial dust. The filtering system they are looking at is energy efficient. Meanwhile people are advised to wear masks in heavily polluted regions and to install filters in their water system until the air bag filters are installed and functioning.
If you live in an industrial region, or one with a heavy traffic, you should also think about the quality of your drinking water affected by the dirty air. Get water filters for your home and avoid the unnecessary consumption of pollutants.
